====== Camp Bratton-Green ====== Camp Bratton-Green (CBG) is a summer camp of the [[https://www.dioms.org/|Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi]], in Way, Mississippi (1530 Way Rd.). It is a program of the [[http://graycenter.org|Duncan M. Gray Center]]. [[Chip Davis|The Rev. Chip Davis]] has been executive director since 2022, along with [[Cathy Davis]]. There are several buildings at camp, including the [[Admin Building|admin building]], the [[Rec Hall|rec hall]], the [[Dining Hall|dining hall]], the [[Chapel|chapel]], the [[Shop|shop]], the [[Craft Shack|arts and crafts shack]], and six functional cabins (Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4a, 4b, 4c, 5a, 5b, 5c((5 exist in spirit and memory. and 4 are no longer in use)), A, B, and C). ===== History and Name ===== The first Episcopal summer camp in MS was held in 1924 on the Mississippi coast. Camp Bratton-Green received its name in honor of then-Bishop Theodore Dubose Bratton and his successor, Bishop William Mercer Green.
